Tony was
born and raised in St. Louis, MO. He was professed as a Redemptorist in
1973 and ordained a priest in 1979. In September of 1980 Tony arrived
in Amazonas, Brazil, where he lived and worked as a missionary for
almost ten years. When he returned from the mission Tony spent the next
ten years in Colorado, as an associate pastor and then pastor of an
inner-city, largely Hispanic parish in Denver. He then spent two years
preaching parish missions, mostly in the western United States, with an
emphasis on both
English and Spanish speaking parishes. For the last seven years Tony
has been the coordinator of the Redemptorist Hispanic Missionary Project
in the Diocese of Dodge City, KS.
